Dead Rising Remaster Gets Trailer and Release Date

During the Capcom Next: Summer 2024 event, players were given a full presentation. an improved version of the first part of the Dead Rising serieswhich the Japanese company unveiled in a short teaser last week. The developers are citing modern graphics that will offer face enhancements, lighting, shadows, animation, as well as support for 4K resolution and 60 FPS.

The gameplay will also undergo partial changes, but it should be based on stay true to the style of the original game. During the presentation, the authors mentioned, for example, the ability to simultaneously aim, shoot and move, which was not in the original version. In general, this should be an honest remaster, which in some moments could even live up to the expectations of a full-fledged remake.

The developers believe that the improved version can appeal to both fans of the original game and completely new players who have not yet been honored with the series. In addition to the trailer attached above, the exact release date has also been revealed, which was scheduled for September 19 this year, when Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster will be released on PC (Steam) and PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles. The price has been set at 50 euros.
