American studio Aspyr has announced a remaster of Star Wars: Bounty Hunters. It is a first-person adventure game released in 2002 for the PlayStation 2 and GameCube. In the game, you play as Jango Fett, who is tasked with tracking down the Dark Jedi. The game takes place before the events of Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones. Improved version heads August 1 on PC (Steam) and consoles PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch.

In addition to field adjustments graphics, sounds and controls developers are tempted to use, for example, the DualSense controller’s features. The last time Aspyr Studios provided Star Wars fans with an updated collection, Star Wars: Battlefront Classic, was in March of this year, but its launch was negatively affected by serious server issues. However, in the case of single-player Bounty Hunters, the developers will not have to deal with this aspect at all.
