Released last week, the PC version of previous PlayStation exclusive Ghost of Tsushima is off to a great start on Steam. He spent Sunday in the game more than 77 thousand players simultaneously, making Sucker Punch Productions’ samurai action game Sony’s second most popular game on PC. The first position is still held by a huge margin by the cooperative action game Helldivers 2, which, however, significantly benefited from the fact that it was released simultaneously on PlayStation and PC.
Compared to other games from PlayStation Studios, Ghost of Tsushima managed to beat out all the remaining previously released works that eventually made it to PC. We are talking, for example, about games such as God of War (2018), Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered, The Last of Us Part I or both parts of the Horizon series. In terms of user reviews, Ghost of Tsushima has an 88% rating on Steam.
In addition to the qualities themselves, users they also praise optimization. In the end, the incident with the requirement to create a PSN account to play Legends co-op mode did not significantly harm the game. Ghost of Tsushima is available on PC in the Director’s Cut version on Steam and the rival Epic Games Store.
