This was reported by well-known insider Jeff Grubb, who learned from his sources that we will hear about the game during this period. At the same time, he himself suggests that we can expect at least an introductory teaser.
He will officially confirm preparation for a full sequel, which is still called Gears 6. The shortened name was already used in the fifth part of 2019 and in the spin-off Gears Tactics, which was a year younger. If current speculation is correct, we’ll likely see the game at Microsoft’s June conference, but the exact date is still unknown.
