The main people of the team are former developers of id Software and the Doom series. Game Director and CEO Emanuel Palalich and general manager Garrett Young they played key roles here. He also worked as a composer on Doom. Mick Gordonwho also joined Emptyvessel.

With Emptyvessel, we aim to change this approach and make the dreams of as many developers as possible come true,” says Palalik. “We believe that by understanding and prioritizing our strengths, we can create the highest quality games with smaller, more focused teams. “

The studio’s first game will be an immersive shooter set in a sci-fi dystopian world. It will run on Unreal Engine 5.
