Today’s Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase was approximately 23 minutes long and, as the title suggests, focused on games from Nintendo partners coming to consoles in the near future. In this article we summarize the most important information. Despite the relatively small amount of footage, quite a lot of games were shown at the event, so there will definitely not be many of them.
Two Xbox games coming to Switch
Definitely one of the biggest topics, which we also dedicated a separate article to. Two games from Microsoft Obsidian studio will be released on Nintendo’s hybrid console. Just tomorrow It will be Pentimenton Grounded it will happen April 16.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance – Royal Edition
And big news especially for Czech players. Role-playing game Warhorse Kingdom Come: Deliverance Royal Edition (with all DLC) will be released on Switch March 15th.
Shin Megami Tensei V: Revenge
The definitive version of the most recent addition to the Shin Megami Tensei series, from which the popular Persona was spun off. The new edition will bring a new chapter of history and various improvements. They will arrive 21st of June and unlike the original game, not only on Switch, but on all other platforms.
Endless ocean glowing
For diving enthusiasts – a new part of the Endless Ocean series, two parts of which were released on the Wii console. The third game is subtitled Luminous and will primarily provide support. multiplayer up to 30 players. Release date set for May 2.
Guo World 2
As we learned a few months ago, the unique 2008 puzzle game World of Goo will be getting a sequel. Newly announced release date – May, 23rd.
Penny’s Big Lead
Announced for some time now is a 3D platformer from the developers of Sonic Mania. But Direct came up with quite a big surprise as it was announced that the game would be released today. In addition to Switch, on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Star Wars: Classic Battlefront Collection
A collection of the first two games in the Star Wars: Battlefront series from 2004 and 2005, respectively. Compared to the original versions, it will bring new characters and maps. They will arrive March 14thon Switch, PS4 and PS5.
Disney’s Epic Mickey: Remastered
A remake of the 2010 platform adventure game originally released for the Nintendo Wii. The remake must be faithful, but of course promises modern graphics. It will be released sometime this year.
New games for Nintendo Switch Online
The Nintendo Switch Online subscription is once again replenished with new retro games. Players can already look forward to today’s games. Snake Rattle ‘n’ Roll (NES), RC Pro-Arm (NES), Battletoads in Battlemaniacs (SNES) and Killer Instinct (SNES). Expansion Pack subscribers can expect more. Explosive Housing (N64).
Monster Hunter Stories (Remastered)
An updated version of the 2016 role-playing game originally released for Nintendo 3DS. They will arrive in summer on Switch, PS4 and PC.
