The Elden Ring brand has been owned by FromSoftware since last year.

Studio FromSoftware bought the rights to the brand Elden Ring from the hands of the publisher Bandai Namco. This is evidenced by a document from the US Patent Office, according to which the transfer of ownership occurred back in March 2023. The team of the Japanese holding Kadokawa Corporation is apparently moving towards self-publishing.
