Another team of veterans appears on the scene, this time from Cyberpunk 2077, BioShock, Borderlands or Squad. In this composition they are working on a mysterious Project Hornetwhich in the teaser trailer looks like a very strange and mysterious first-person shooter.

The accompanying press release reveals more details. Project Hornet is a tactical co-op PvE shooter set in a world where they exist. Paranormal activity. This world is meant to be post-nuclear European continentwhich constantly reacts to the player’s actions and can catch up.

Players will work as agents of an organization known as Mortfield Industries. Their job is to look for any paranormal activity and suppress it by any means necessary. Dynamic events, secrets, factions and entities will present a challenge.

The demo will also be shown behind closed doors at GDC (March 18–22, 2024). Full development should begin this year.

The founders of the Antistatic studio are Lukasz Ludkowski, who was the head writer of Cyberpunk 2077, Chris Teper, who was the main environment designer of the BioShock series, Maciej Mikstall, who was the co-founder of Starward Industries (The Invincibl) and co-founders of Far From Home, Michal Koltun, a game programmer process of Conan Exiles, and Gabriel Nordholm, who was the community manager for Project Winter.
