French company Focus Entertainment (originally Focus Home Interactive) has been around for almost three decades, during which it both publishes and creates games, gradually buying out several studios. However, a few days ago we learned from the 3Q financial report that there will be some restructuring.

The company will again be divided into three divisions. The first will be Focus Entertainment Publishing, which, as the name suggests, will publish games. Internal research and development of new games will fall under the “Studios” section. And finally, there is a division that should be dedicated to publishing indie and retro games.

In any case, the biggest external change will be the name of the entire company, which will become PulluP Entertainment. The change still needs to be approved by shareholders on February 28, but if accepted, it will take effect along with the restructuring at the start of the next financial year, which is April 1.
