Behind the speculation is the European rating organization PEGI, which issued the rating. a game called Captain Laserhawk Niji Warrior. The description also mentions that it will be a multiplayer game that will feature microtransactions and Team Deathmatch to an unspecified extent. Only PC is listed as a platform.
