In 2013, Ubisoft released a spin-off of the Far Cry series with the subtitle Blood Dragon, which followed the full third part. This extra focus on humor and light-hearted gameplay was received surprisingly positively at the time. The game maintained a good reputation in subsequent years, as evidenced, for example, by the creation of the animated series Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix from Netflix. He was launched last October and used elements from the Blood Dragon universe and other Ubisoft games.

Over the past few days, there has been talk about creating a new game that will be a sequel to Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon and the Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix series. Behind the speculation is the European rating organization PEGI, which issued the rating. a game called Captain Laserhawk Niji Warrior. The description also mentions that it will be a multiplayer game that will feature microtransactions and Team Deathmatch to an unspecified extent. Only PC is listed as a platform. However, possible versions for consoles or mobile phones cannot be ruled out. Due to the presence of microtransactions, this may be a free-to-play game. We don’t know any other details yet.
