Australian Fallout variation Broken Roads is delayed

As early as Tuesday, November 14th, fans of classic role-playing games should have seen the arrival of the long-awaited game Broken Roads. Developers from the Australian studio Drop Bear Bytes, but less than a week until release they announced postponement, release date postponed until early next year. According to the statement attached below, the authors need more time for final optimization and bug fixes. The game should offer approx. 30 hours of gameplay and a large number of dialogues, which together amount to almost 400 thousand words. In terms of setting and game mechanics, Broken Roads openly draws on the old post-apocalyptic isometric RPGs based on the original Fallout series. But with an emphasis on plot and dialogue, the title may also appeal to fans of the vaunted Disco Elysium. The game will be released on PC (Steam), as well as on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
