Diablo fans will be able to while away the extra hours in a slightly different adventure. Game controllers, keyboards and mice will be exchanged for Diablo TTRPGwhich will gradually develop into something incredible.
The tabletop role-playing game was announced at BlizzCon 2023 by Blizzard Entertainment, Glass Cannon Unplugged and Genuine Entertainment. The main book will be released in the fall of 2024. Pre-orders will be possible through a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter.
The Diablo TTRPG writers worked with directors, producers, and Blizzard’s storytellers to make it exactly how it should be. Together they tested the game and fought demons. This year’s Diablo 4 inspired the board game and will allow you to explore the overworld and underworld of Sanctuary. Future expansions will cover other parts and are also a direct addition to the upcoming co-op board. Diablo: The Board Gamewhich is scheduled for autumn 2025. These two projects are also related.
Glass Cannon Unplugged is a Polish company that created Frostpunk and Apex Legends themed boards.
