The first gameplay footage is published by the American Game Informer in collaboration with the developers. The video is devoted mainly to battles and shows how the main character uses a rich arsenal, including steel fans. You will also see one of the bosses. It has an original design, but clumsy animations and frame rate drops are striking.

Otherwise, the fights are reminiscent of some elements of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. You can also equip yourself with a musket or various shields, you have a grappling hook and the ability to quickly travel through different areas of Paris.

The main bosses are described as being unique and smarter than normal enemies. In the world, you will encounter side areas with certain bosses, rewards, and allies.

steelrising will take you to an alternative version of Paris during the French Revolution. In this atypical world, the rebels are fighting against the army of King Louis XVI. humanoid robots. You will play as one of these machines, it is called Aegis and its task is to protect Marie Antoinette.

Steelrising was originally scheduled to be released this June. This is new on Steam December 2022. You can look forward to playing not only on PC, but also on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
