Adventure series fans Star Wars Jedi they can rest. He scared them last week departure of Stig Asmussen, who led the development of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. Now, thankfully, young lead Cal Kestis’ actor has confirmed that a third installment is on the way.
Cameron Monaghan confirmed the development of Star Wars Jedi 3 during the recent Ocala Comic-Con. The panel took place shortly before Asmussen announced his departure from Respawn Entertainment and Electronic Arts.
The third part has not been officially confirmed. This needs to be stated. However, many take him for granted, Asmussen wanted him too, and the first signs were job offers from July this year. Among other things, Respawn was looking for a lead writer and various designers to join the Star Wars Jedi team. In one of them, he spoke about his experience working with Unreal engine 5. So in a few years we will be able to see Star Wars: Jedi 3 on a modern engine.
Considering that it’s been almost four years since the release of Fallen Order and Survivor, we can expect the third to have a similar wait. After all, Monaghan himself pointed out the size of the game.
