The long-awaited soul film The Lie of P, starring Pinocchio, opened its doors yesterday afternoon. Already the first foreign reviews showed that, despite high expectations, the developers managed to fulfill most of their obligations and bring a degree of quality, which in some areas doesn’t even have to be afraid of comparisons with games from FromSoftware. Lies of P is also receiving praise on Steam, where it is currently has a rating of 88%.
We rated the game in our review known 8/10 with the following verdict: “Lies of P is a quality mix of Sekira and Bloodborne, set in a beautiful setting. While it offers a few firsts in the gameplay department, it’s not revolutionary. However, it is a very fun RPG. Especially the design of the enemies and the atmosphere of the city of Krat will remain in your memory for many years. So for a fan of these types of games, Lies of P is definitely worth it.”
The game is available on PC (Steam), as well as on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. The game is also available via Xbox/PC Game Pass.
