Announced a few days ago, the Separate Ways story expansion for the Resident Evil 4 remake was presented today in a new trailer that revealed much more than the first. He focused on the main character Ada Wong, as well as the other characters we will meet in the story, namely Louis Seurat and Albert Wesker.
There are quite a few changes here compared to the DLC for the original game, although the core remains essentially the same. We will look at the events in and around the Spanish village through the eyes of Agent Wong, who appears only a few times in the main game. Interestingly, Capcom took some parts from the original RE4 that were not used in the remake and reworked them only for Separate Ways. Specifically, this is, for example, a room with lasers or a boss battle with the U-3 monster.
In addition to the trailer itself, we also received a more detailed sample of the gameplay from Eurogamer magazine.
Separate Ways will be released on Thursday, September 21st on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The extension will be paid, but we don’t know the price yet, although it is expected to be about $10.
Amber has been discovered, but what lengths will Ada go to to complete her mission?
