Ubisoft and OWO have announced an interesting collaboration. For fans Assassin’s Creed Mirage a special haptic feedback vest was created to further immerse players in Basim’s adventures in 9th century Baghdad.
The Spanish company OWO specializes in wireless sensor suits. over 30 different real-time reviews according to what is happening in the game. The vest can simulate insect and dagger bites, environmental impacts, and gunshot wounds. Players can customize everything in the app where the feedback intensity can be changed. In Mirage, we will feel not only Basim’s movements and attacks, but also their consequences.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage will not only support the OWO suit, but will also create a special edition of it. It should have a battery life comparable to OWO’s Founders Edition, which is roughly 8 hours.
The ACM edition reflects the colors and patterns of Basima’s clothing and will include digital copy of the game for PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S or Xbox One. Also includes 20 gel pads, charging cable, storage case and simulator device.
The price of the ACM edition was not disclosed, the standard OWO sensory suit costs 499 euros (about 12,000 CZK). We also have to wait for the date when the vest will be available. The release of Assassin’s Creed Mirage will take place on October 12 this year.
