“We started by asking Tom what he wants to do in the film. – says director Christopher McQuarrie, who directed the last two parts of the series and signed on to hit as a screenwriter. Top Shooter: Maverick. “He told me he wanted to jump off a cliff on a motorcycle and then asked me what I would like to see. And I’ve always wanted to film a train wreck. So two key scenes were born.” explains the director.

This time, Ethan Hunt and the Mission Impossible Squad are on a quest to find a terrifying weapon capable of destroying all of humanity to keep it safe before it falls into the hands of a madman. However, on his mad and perilous journey, he must constantly look over his shoulder, as an all-too-living ghost has emerged from his ancient past. Gabriel (Esai Morales) has known Ethan since before he became an elite agent and knows his every weakness. Ethan, who has always prioritized the health and safety of his loved ones and crew members over a successful mission, may have to rethink his priorities this time around.

Filming began in a very unusual way, with the most difficult scene. In it, Tom Cruise jumps on a motorcycle from a high cliff, and then lands with a parachute. As usual, he filmed the stunt himself. “It was not easy, but I have a responsibility to the audience, the studio, the crew, the actors and the entire industry. When I want to tell a good story, I can’t compromise.” explains.
