After more than 8 years comes continuation of the cooperative hardcore shooter Helldivers. The second part is detailed in a three-minute video that focuses on player cooperation and combat.
Compared to the first part, the camera has changed. An elite class of soldiers called Helldivers will fight alien enemies from a third-person perspective, while the former was with an isometric camera. This is another game that leans towards today’s more modern 3rd person view and many similar games from Sony.
In the second part of Helldivers, the Swedish studio Arrowhead Game is based on four player co-op. Cooperation must be essential. Players will work together to prepare, strategically think through each mission, and work together to achieve their goals. Variety will be available super powerful weaponwhich will help in the fight for the Super Earth, i.e. the spread of freedom, peace and controlled democracy.
“The key pillars of our civilization are under attack by deadly extraterrestrial beings who have plotted to destroy the entire planet and all the values \u200b\u200bof the society inhabiting it. In this galactic war, the Helldivers must take on the role of peacekeepers and protect their home planet, spread the ideas of democracy and repel all enemies by force.” the authors claim.
Helldivers 2 was revealed at the PlayStation Showcase in May and is due out later this year for PlayStation 5 and PC.
