There is a new one in development plague tale. The third part of the popular action saga is confirmed by the French studio Asobo in an advertisement with vacancies. The Plague team is looking for a Senior AI Programmer, Visual Effects Artist, Senior Game Designer and Senior Gameplay Animator. Other positions are for Microsoft Flight Simulator, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 was recently announced.
Plague Tale: Requiem came out last October, and after a tough, dark, and shocking ending, the developers left the door open for the siblings’ story to continue. This was confirmed by director Kevin Choto in an interview with PlayStation Blog shortly after release.
Shoto thinks Requiem is finished for now, but “the door never closes and we’ll see how players take the game. We want to see their reaction before making a decision. They control our production, and if they don’t like what we’ve done, we have to do something else,” he added at the time.
As we already know today And players love Plague Tale: Requiem. The adventure game has a very positive rating on Steam, with an average rating of 82% from journalists. Terka gave us a 9/10 and emphasized the superbly constructed story, well balanced gameplay and location handling. The next part makes sense even with respect to previously confirmed adaptation as a television series.
