A new entry in the Forza Motorsport racing series announced a release date at the Xbox Games Showcase a week ago, followed by another preview. But the developers from the Turn 10 studio did not stop there and published a more detailed development diary on the official channel of the Forza series, in which showed gameplay footage and introduced the career mode. It’s called the Builders’ Cup and it’s made up of many championships, series and races where you’ll test countless different cars.

Each series focuses on a specific category or brand of car, so you should change individual cars quite often. Before each race, you will have free training, which is primarily used to master a new car or track. The game’s creative director Chris Esaki also introduced a new feature to allow pre-races. you can choose the exact positionfrom which he will then start the race.

In addition to the starting position, you can also adjust the difficulty by setting the level of computer-controlled opponents or setting up assistants. From the point of view of the races themselves, they are worth attention redesigned artificial intelligence, which should be gradually studied and improved, or improve the physics and driving model. The way to gain experience, which will be collected by your character and individual cars, also looks interesting. The performance boost system, which you’ll gradually unlock for each car, also feels surprisingly robust.

However, the more detailed career path is just one of several game modes. In other materials, the developers will describe in more detail multiplayer or other game modes in the form of free driving, battles against the clock, or Rivals mode. In terms of graphics, the authors currently highlight support, in particular 4K resolution combined with 60 frames per second and gradual changes in time of day and weather.

Forza Motorsport coming out October 10 on PC and Xbox Series X/S. The game will also be available with an Xbox/PC Game Pass subscription on the day of release. Following the example of the previous parts, the new Forza boasts Czech localization in the form of subtitles.
