Studio Insomniac Games this fact confirmed on Twitter, adding that the costumes will not be unlocked by playing the game, but only by purchasing the Digital Deluxe Edition. Its contents are also part of the Collector’s Edition, but not the Standard Edition or the Standard Physical Edition.
