The Japanese company Capcom is going through a very strong period, in recent years it has released successful new parts of the Resident Evil series, Monster Hunter and the new Devil May Cry. But the sequels do not end there, the developers decided to start something completely new. At the Xbox Showcase, we saw the announcement of Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess.

It boasts a mostly traditional Japanese aesthetic, which is reflected not only in the environment and characters, but also in the very specific monsters that we have to fight. In the comments, players recall the Onimusha series, which is also from Capcom and introduced us to the Japanese environment, however, with a slightly different stylization. Otherwise, we unfortunately still know almost nothing about the game, theoretically it could appear at the Capcom Showcase, which will take place on the night of Monday to Tuesday, but this has not been confirmed.

Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess doesn’t even have a rough release date yet. It is aimed at Xbox Series X|S, other platforms are yet to be confirmed. It will be available on Game Pass on the day of release.
