Blasphemous 2 is a 2D metroidvania that follows the story of the first game and ends with a free add-on. The main character of the whole story will again be the Penitent One. A champion whose path is soaked in blood and pain, this time he goes to a city that came down from heaven, which is full of juice and just waiting to be shown that this place is definitely not for the faint of heart.
In many ways, this part is similar to its predecessor. However, there must be innovation, and it must be vigorous enough. For example, one of the main things is to equip yourself with other tools used to spread destruction in addition to the sword. Of course, each weapon will offer you a different attack format and will probably deal a different amount of damage as well.
Blasphemous 2 launches on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch on August 24th.
