“Horror has become a huge part of Dying Light’s DNA, so we’ll keep it as part of the experience going forward. Our next update, scheduled for early summer, focuses on just that – we’re buffing the nighttime experience to make it even scarier. We hope to create an immersive experience that will make our players pee in their pants. We plan to do our best – game mechanics, visual tricks, sound surprises. Get ready!“
As for the story additions that many players are waiting for, according to Techland, they should appear this year. More precisely, the second story DLC, which adds a completely new direction to the game world. The creators describe it as follows: “Unlike anything you’ve seen on Dying Light before”.
