Patch in The Last of Us optimizes performance usage

Naughty Dog has finished and released a new patch for the criticized PC version of the game The Last of Us Part 1, which suffers from numerous performance issues, bugs, and crashes. Meanwhile, Joel and Ellie’s thrilling adventure has been delayed by 25 days to release at its best. But update version 1.0.4.0 is under the seventh amendmentwhich appeared after the March release of the game.

This patch weighs 25 GB and is flashed CPU and video card usage. Naughty Dog promises frame rate optimizations thanks to this. They also promise better graphics and texture fidelity at different resolutions, as well as fixing crashes and fixing other issues. The update also includes fixes for AMD, Steam, and Steam Deck. But there is still work to be done. Naughty Dog and the Iron Galaxy team are closely monitoring player feedback and intend to release another patch in the coming weeks with CPU optimizations, framerate boosts, and texture fidelity improvements.
