Brilliant platformer Trine gets another installment

Trine 5: A Clockwork Conspiracy is a 2.5D co-op platform game that is the next installment in an excellent series based on a trio of fairy-tale heroes who solve different problems. At certain points in its existence, the brand hasn’t exactly been strewn with roses, but at least judging by the trailer that was released, it looks like it’s back in full force after the release of its fourth representative. Evil is currently taking the form of mechanical warriors driven by magic, who, under the leadership of the Evil Queen, commit various atrocities. You are waiting for traditional heroes with new abilities and, above all, the opportunity to go through the story with friends.

Trine 5: A Clockwork Conspiracy is supposed to be aimed at PC as well as PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and also Nintendo Switch where at least the last one from that brand didn’t work completely optimally, so the question might be the creators do better this time optimization. All platforms will see the game this summer.
