Released in 2014, Lords of the Fallen wasn’t a bad game at all. However, it cannot be said that it was an instant hit, which is also confirmed by our review of that time. When the sequel was announced, most thought it would be called Lords of the Fallen 2, but it ended up being called The Lords of the Fallen. However, it seems that it is no longer relevant, since The has been removed from it, which is why the new product from HEXWORKS bears the same name as the creation of 2014.
According to PC Gamer magazine, the name transformation has taken place in recent days, as The Lords of the Fallen was already simply Lords of the Fallen at the presentation. The game is due out this year on PC, PS5 and Xbox X/S.
