For one, running a few kilometers is not a problem, for another it is an almost superhuman indicator. We also shouldn’t jump into “deep water”. Many people realize the importance of an active lifestyle. However, awareness does not always affect the decision to start playing sports. The path to better health through physical activity is often blocked by lack of time, excess responsibilities, or ignorance in this matter. Although there are many sports disciplines and training methods, it is worth focusing on classic strength training.
