Strong Unreal Engine 5 And metahuman appears in a new trailer for the highly anticipated action adventure Senua Saga: Hellblade 2. The video was presented today at the State of Unreal as part of the GDC conference in San Francisco.
The trailer is only a minute long, but this minute it proves thathe studies the graphical details and controls the very realistic facial animation of the protagonistthat awaits another harsh and dark wilderness. It can be deduced from earlier material that the developers at the Ninja Theory studio also pay the same care to the environment and other elements of the game world.

We at the editorial office are amazed by this quality, and one unnamed colleague (Gelu) stated that it is more realistic than reality. One thing is for sure, thanks to Unreal Engine 5, the Hellblade duo can match the quality of the movie, and the creators can safely say that they push the boundaries of facial animation.
The first Hellblade had a strong emphasis on emotion. Going forward, they should be even better with today’s technology and capabilities. The only pity is that the game still does not have a set release date. It is assumed that this is the end of this year or the beginning of 2024. We can expect it on Xbox Series X/S and PC. It will also be part of Game Pass. We may find out more at the Xbox Game Showcase on June 11th.
