Blizzard has to deal with the departure of another important member of the Overwatch team. He will leave the company at the end of March John Spector vice president and chief commercial officer of the game Overwatch 2.
Spector worked at Blizzard for six years. In a post on Twitter, he did not disclose the reasons for his decision, nor did he indicate what he plans to do in the future. Instead, he assured fans that Overwatch will remain in the safe hands of Aaron Keller and Jared Noyce.. In addition, Spector himself wants to stay close by tweeting memes and highlights.
“Overwatch is going to have so many exciting things that I, as a player, can’t wait to see.” he added.
He parted ways with Blizzard last September. Jeff Goodmanlead character designer Overwatch 2. In January it was the turn Brian BirminghamWorld of Warcraft Classic technical lead who resigned in protest of his refusal to participate in the employee review process.
