In 2016 the Polish studio Team Blueber dived into the horror game genre and surprised with the title Layers of Fear, followed by an era of other horror films led by Observer (2017), Layers of Fear 2 (2019), Blair Witch (2019) and The Medium (2021). With horror, the authors want to stay, but at the same time they intend to move and tell scary stories through fuller actionwhich includes more than a story about the environment.
With Bloober Team, he aspires to be the world’s horror king. They will take the first step in the future Remake of Silent Hill 2, created in collaboration with Konami. More action in the future psychological survival horror to better compete with big brands like Resident Evil, The Last of Us and Hellblade. Continue they promise bigger, more complex and sophisticated titles.
Vision of Bloober Team management: for new games to reach sales of around 10 million. The company currently employs 230 people and will open a new office in Warsaw and a new studio in Los Angeles in the second half of this year.
According to the CEO, Bloober Team is not for sale, the team wants to remain independent and specialize only in horror. If an acquisition had taken place, there would have been a risk that the new owner would order them to work on something else in the future.

Silent Hill 2 is a remake of the classic horror game from Team Silent and Konami. The game is being developed for PlayStation 5 and PC and will be the first major installment in the series since 2012’s Downpour.
Project C is an untitled horror game based on a new brand. It will be released by Private Division (a division of Take-Two) no earlier than 2025.
Project G is an unannounced game that is currently at the concept stage.
Project N is another unannounced title currently under development.
Layers of fears is the “third” part of the Layers of Fears series, due out later this year. It is being developed by Anshar Studios, known for its isometric Gamedeck RPGs and external work for Larian Studios, Fool’s Theory and People Can Fly.
Project M is an upcoming horror game created in collaboration with the Polish studio Draw Distance, known for its top-down stealth action game Serial Cleaners.
Project F is a next-generation game for PC and consoles developed in collaboration with Rogue Games (Wipeout Merge, The Last Case of Benedict Fox).
