The Goat_Boy’s Talking Heads Addon mod is a comprehensive project that has expanded the range of animated characters by over 110 NPCs. In January, more than 40 of them received a real human voice with the help of a mod. The community provided the soundtrack to the inhabitants of the Fallout 2 world, and by all accounts, they did a decent job. However, the project is not yet fully completed, the creators of the mod still have a lot of work to do, because there are still plenty of characters to voice.
