Deep Silver and Dambuster Studios have released a 14-minute extended gameplay trailer that shows Start Dead Island 2.
Welcome to Bel Air in Los Angeles. The zombie apocalypse has just broken out and hardcore punk Dani must fight for his life against the blood-stained. Dani faces standard zombies, each with their own special terrifying abilities and behaviors.
Dani’s stamina and balance are well suited to a maneuverable fighting style.. In today’s video, he is faced with the task of getting to the Galperin Hotel. You will see a combination of skill card sets that improve abilities, and quartering technology known as FLESH (Fully localized humanoid evisceration system). It’s a gore procedural system that will allow us to make “meat piñatas” out of zombies. Depending on which part of the body is hit, realistic damage is dealt, whether it be a bladed weapon that tears through layers of skin and flesh, or a blunt weapon that crushes bones.
Enemy damage will also be affected by hits, angle of incidence, strength, and distance.. And finally, the opponents themselves. As an example, the developers cite ordinary zombies that will decompose, like any decaying undead person. You can rip open the bellies of large zombies, causing their intestines to fall out onto the floor.
You will have access to the whole range of weapons, which can be improved, including cutting and shooting. In this regard, Dead Island 2 will be more action-packed than Dying Light 2. Just be careful about the state of your equipment for killing enemies.
Dead Island 2 will release on April 28, 2023 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. They will be in the game Czech subtitles.
