After a long period of silence from Capcom, who revealed the new footage rather than through various media outlets, we received a new trailer for the highly anticipated Resident Evil 4 remake at State of Play on Thursday, and it must be said that it was really extensive.
While previous previews only focused on the first hours of gameplay, the third trailer shows many locations and scenes from the castle and the final island. Luis Sera makes several appearances in the trailer, apparently expanding his role even more than we expected. It appears that as part of the game, she will be traveling with Leon and helping him in battles, which is a big change from the original game. At the same time, in the trailer we can see iconic boss battles, a new walkthrough for Ashley and, finally, a soldier Jack Krauser, who was hidden by the developers for a long time.
At the end, we also learned that the game will also feature the popular Mercenaries mode, in which you have to kill all the enemies within the allotted time. We don’t know the details yet.
The last big piece of information is the fact that RE4 will get a demo, but even here Capcom is in no rush. However, Insider Dusk Golem on Twitter he revealedthat they are probably saving the details for their own showcase, which should be announced soon.
