A few months ago, Microsoft made a bold statement in which it wanted to strengthen its partnership with Nintendo and, above all, show off its partnership ahead of its planned acquisition of Activision Blizzard. Now the bold plan that caused embarrassment has become a reality. Another president and president of Microsoft Brad Smith came on his Twitter that a contract has been signed to ensure that the Call of Duty series will also be released on Nintendo consoles with the same offer as on other platforms.
This is supposed to be a friendly move to offer players on all platforms the Activision Blizzard content that Microsoft wants to buy. Thus, the gaming giant wants to convince the world that he really does not want to deny anyone anything. Exactly the opposite. However, how the new parts of the Call of Duty series will behave on Nintendo consoles is a question. So at least the new one is not very well represented on the current model, but perhaps the Pro version is already waiting around the corner.
We have signed a binding 10-year contract to bring Xbox games to Nintendo gamers. This is just part of our commitment to bringing Xbox games and Activision games like Call of Duty to more players on more platforms. pic.twitter.com/JmO0hzw1BO
