This style of announcement (without details or a release date) suggests that the wait will be long. At the very least, we learned that he is leading the Civilization team from the position of creative director. Ed Beachwho has been an integral part of the series for over 15 years and most recently led the design of Civilization VI, the brand’s best-selling game to date.
The second disadvantage is departure of Steve Martin. He led Firaxis Games for 27 years. With him team leaves and Jake Solomondirector Marvel Midnight Suns and the XCOM series. This little quake came after the disappointing sales of Marvel’s Midnight Suns. It was well received by critics, but sales exceeded publisher’s expectations, resulting in a discount just a month after release. Midnight Suns didn’t even make the UK Top 100 Games 2022 list.
Solomon is said to be leaving Firaxis Games on good terms after over two decades with the studio. Firaxis Games is currently working on additional content for Marvel’s Midnight Suns. 23. 2. will arrive DLC “Atonement” with Venom.
If you haven’t played Marvel’s Midnight Suns yet, a three-hour trial is available on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles. Just be careful, you must have at least PS Plus Extra (or Premium) on PS5. Another Free Weekend on Steam.
The “demo version” on consoles allows you to try out the beginning of the game and familiarize yourself with the most important mechanics. That should be enough to make up your own mind about Marvel’s Midnight Suns and see if Marvel superhero battle is right for you.
