A new game in the Tomb Raider series was officially announced yesterday as part of the State of Unreal event, though we don’t have any details yet. In any case, the Crystal Dynamics studio is working on it, which, in addition to the not-so-successful Marvel’s Avengers, has the last trilogy with Lara Craft, i.е. Tomb Raider (2013), Rise of the Tomb Raider and partly Shadow of the Tomb Raider, although the development of this game was led by the Canadian studio Eidos Montreal.

However, relatively independently of all this, another very interesting message came. He announced his arrival at Crystal Dynamics. Jeff Ross, an experienced developer who previously worked at Bend Studio on the Siphon Filter series and later on the Days Gone open world event. It should look like design directorbut in which game he did not reveal it.

Of course, there will be Tomb Raider or a new Perfect Dark that Crystal Dynamics is helping with, but we can’t rule out a completely new project.
