It shouldn’t take long and the marketing campaign should be in full swing at Resident Evil 4 Remake. For now, Capcom is starting slowly, releasing four new images through the Japanese horror franchise’s official Twitter account.

The gallery overlooks Salazar Castle, which Leon visits after passing through the village. We can see the cellars and the exterior of the castle. At first glance, you can see a jump in graphics and an improvement in the atmosphere. It has already been confirmed that the remake will feature all three main areas, i.e. village, castle and island. None of the major parts of the original fourth installment will be cut from the remake.

The community has already managed to compare the new screenshots with the original version of Resident Evil 4. It’s at the very bottom.

WHAT’S HAPPENING IN RESIDENT EVIL 4?

We’ll take on the role again Leon S. Kennedy. Six years after the events of Resident Evil 2, he is sent by the US government to Pueblo, a fictional village in Spain, to free the President’s daughter Ashley Graham from the captivity of the Los Illuminados sect. However, the followers of this group have completely different plans, and they want to control people using their parasite Las Plagas.

Resident Evil 4 Remake will release on March 24, 2023 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 4. An Xbox One version has not been announced.
