Swedish Studio Fatshark Officially Postpones Console Co-op Release Warhammer 40K: Darktide and new content for the PC version. This is due to the dissatisfaction of the players.
CEO and co-founder of Fatshark studio Martin Valund apologized in an open letter for the studio’s failure to live up to expectations. PC players often complain about the technical state of the game, the lack of content and a number of unfinished business. At the time of writing, the rating on Steam is about 55%.
Therefore, in the coming months, the developers will focus on all the unfinished business and the implementation of a complete crafting system, game stability and performance optimization.

At the same time, Studio Fatshark will suspend the release of premium cosmetic items. Over the next few months, the only task of the authors will be to respond to feedback from many players and fix the problems of the PC version.
All this means that, with the previously announced Xbox Series X/S those who are interested will have to wait a few more months for the release. There is currently no more precise information.
Warhammer 40,000: Darktide was released on November 30 last year on PC.
