Audio mixing for the PC version of Returnal takes place at the famed Abbey Road recording studio.

Action roguelike Returnal from Sony and Finnish studio Housemarque recently revealed the exact release date for the upcoming PC version, which was scheduled for February 15. The main advantages of the PC version include support for ray tracing and Nvidia DLSS, Nvidia NIS or AMD FSR technologies. However, a sophisticated visual must go hand in hand with an emphasis on the audio side.

Coutier believes that Returnal could be the first video game to use this famous recording studio to create the soundtrack.
