On Friday, we brought you a report from a Bathrobe Spartan insider who stated that 343 Industries will stop developing the Halo series and that third-party studios will handle the brand. Shortly thereafter, a journalist responded to the alleged leak. Eat Cordenwho claimed it was not true. The studio itself is now coming up with the same thing.
A very brief message was posted on the official Halo Twitter account. messagewritten by studio head Pierre Hintze:
“Halo and the Master Chief are staying here. 343 Industries will continue to develop Halo now and into the future, including epic stories, multiplayer and other things that make Halo great.”
However, it must be said that the fans are quite skeptical, a significant part of them did not really like the games from 343 and they are calling for changes.
