CD Project RED confirmed its intention to enter the market The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt in the physical version for Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5. This will be a complete edition with all content and will be available at the end of January 2023.
In the box you will find the disc with the base game and expansion of Heart of Stone and Of Wine and Blood. Other minor DLCs and all the updates with visual and technical improvements implemented over the years, too, of course.
As for the price, Insider Gaming calls 30-35 USD/EUR and release on 01/26/2023. Insider Gaming also mentions a map, stickers, and a compendium, but CD Projekt RED has yet to confirm this. However, this was not unusual for the Polish studio, which has always tried to please players with additional content in the box.
As a reminder, PS4 and Xbox One owners can upgrade to PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. free download since December last year. The most fundamental changes include 4K resolution, 60 frames per second, ray tracing, faster loading and various modifications.
