The Epic Games Store continues to give away free games for Christmas. Yesterday you could get a metroidvania action game from the Chinese studio TiGames called FIST: Forged In Shadow Torch. Today’s offer is more focused on fans of frenzied action and parkour.
Epic will give away one free game every day until December 29, which will allow you to get a total of 15 games. The event is part of the Christmas sale, which we informed you about in a separate newsletter.
To date, the well-known digital store has prepared the game Severed Steel, released in 2021 by the Greylock studio. This is about single player first person, which combines action-packed shootouts with enemies with parkour and platforming passages. From an audiovisual point of view, the game impresses with its voxel destructible environments and electronic soundtrack. In general, the game may be of interest to fans of games such as Mirror’s Edge or Superhot.
You can add Severed Steel to your library on the Epic Games Store for free up to until Wednesday, December 28 (17:00)when it is replaced by another free game.
