As part of the release of its latest quarterly financial results, CD Projekt announced that most successful third quarter in the history of the company. The studio went on to say that the success of the Cyberpunk Edgerunners animated series has exceeded their expectations and, together with the 1.6 themed update, had a clearly noticeable impact on the sales of Cyberpunk 2077 itself.
Mainly thanks to the increase in sales of Cyberpunk 2077, the company managed to achieve sales of PLN 249 million with a net profit of PLN 99 million. According to the developers, they are currently focused on completing the Phantom Liberty expansion for Cyberpunk 2077, due out next year.
But they are already in development. other projects led by a new Witcher, a remake of the first part or a Cyberpunk sequel. However, as you can see from the chart below, the majority of CD Projekt employees are currently truly committed to the aforementioned Phantom Liberty data disc.
