The release of the game STALKER 2: Heart of Chernobyl some time ago was postponed to next year due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The expectation of a full return to the zone may be reduced in the future fan remaster the very first episode subtitled “Shadow of Chernobyl”. The original game came out in 2007, so it doesn’t look the best in terms of graphics from today’s point of view.
The author of the modification with the nickname Andrey0007 recently announced that his remake of the original game will offer for download on December 25. At the same time, he warns his fans that his work is definitely not finished. Version released in December will first offer a texture pack with a higher resolution of 16 GB, which in itself can nicely refresh the visual aspect, as you can see for yourself by taking a look at the images attached below.
