Two months later we are here new gameplay footage from the expected role-playing game from the world of Harry Potter. Hogwarts legacy we are presented with a detailed look at the creation of the main character / heroine, a short walk around Hogwarts castle and an introduction to combat.
The presentation began with the already announced creation of a magician, no different from other role-playing games. We can choose the face, skin color, glasses, hair and their color, scars, eyes and their color, eyebrow style and last but not least, there is a choice of difficulty (story, easy, medium and hard), two voices, the ability to choose a name , as well as whether we will be a magician or a magician.
Then it was time to take a walk around Hogwarts Castle. We saw rooms, common rooms, various corridors, offices, corners of the mysterious castle and dialogues with all sorts of characters.
If you’re looking forward to a real fight, be sure to keep the video on while training with the dummy. It happened shortly after magic battle between students. In addition to attacks, we can defend ourselves, as well as take cover and dodge / jump from attacks. And at the end was a walk on the street.
They already appeared in the chat during the presentation comments dissatisfied with graphics, which in places is not sharp, less detailed, and apparently tries to cover up flaws with fog. The gait of the characters controlled by artificial intelligence and the lip-syncing during dialogues are also strange. On the other hand, detailed faces are praised.
The footage appears to have been shot on a PlayStation 5, the game runs at 30fps, and small drops could be seen from time to time.

Hogwarts Legacy story unfolds at the end of the 19th century. At Hogwarts, we will not meet either Harry Potter or most of the other characters from the books of the British writer J.K. Rowling or films. Instead, we will create our own wizard and take a look with him at a time when Albus Dumbledore could move around Hogwarts among students, his family, or other characters known mainly from the Fantastic Beasts series. The creators invite us to familiar and new places that we will explore, learn how to cast spells or brew potions.
Hogwarts Legacy will release on 10/02/2023 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. A cloud version for Nintendo Switch will come later.
