Last week, Activision reported that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 had the most successful launch in the series’ history in terms of sales. At the same time, the game manages to break records on PC and consoles. And so far we are only talking about Modern Warfare 2. The American publisher has it in reserve the upcoming Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0which will be released on November 16 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
Via twitter account Modern Warzone we now learn that the developers at studio Infinity Ward have invited select influencers to an event in Los Angeles where there will be a full implementation of Warzone 2.0 and DMZ mode. Both of these separate modes should be free-to-play.
There should be a lot of impressions and gameplay shots from this event. Post them it will happen this Wednesday, which is also lured by an insider with the nickname ModernWarzone. It can be assumed that even Activision itself could boast of official materials.
In addition to Warzone 2.0, the focus will also be mentioned PvPvE DMZ mode, which should be inspired by the Escape from Tarkov event. So far, we’ve only seen the map and short gameplay snippets from Warzone 2.0.
