505 Games and One More Level have released the first concepts Ghost Runner 2. They confirm that the game, which was announced in May 2021, is still alive. Fans were rightly worried about the sequel to the number one favorite game. Although the authors primarily focused on Project Hell expansion for the first ghost runner, which was released in March of this year on PC, PlayStation and Xbox consoles. So the question is how much is finished from the second part.

The first works confirm this. Ghostrunner 2 will retain the evocative cyberpunk vibe of its predecessor. We also see character designs.

In the meantime, we recall that development is underway for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. According to the latest information, we should expect a release at the end of 2023. Marketing starts in the spring.

The original Ghostrunner was released in Fall 2020 for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Over 600,000 units were sold and 505 Games later bought the rights to the brand for €5 million. At the end of last year, Ghostrunner was improved for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
