PS5 and PS4 games: PS Store bestsellers in September 2022, The Last of Us Part I on the podium

PlayStation has announced the rankings. Most downloaded games on PS Store in September 2022, for both the US and European markets. We can see that The Last of Us Part I managed to get to the podium with a hair difference. To get started, let’s see European ranking For the most downloaded games on PlayStation Store PS5 version:

As you can see, between the two rankings the main difference favorite sport for the podium: basketball, which is dominated by NBA 2K23 in the USA / Canada, while football wins in Europe thanks to FIFA 23. Either way, The Last of Us Part I third is a good result considering it’s behind the sports games that have always dominated the charts. We also note that Cyberpunk 2077 finished fourth and fifth on the two charts, reaffirming the renewed success of CD Projekt RED, which received a nice boost from the Edgerunners anime.
